Our in-house chef has designed a selection of mouth watering recipes to compliment our fresh catch.
The species for the filleted fish marinated and wrapped in paper will change during different seasons, here is what to expect: cod(rarely), dab, flounder, grey mullet, gurnard, haddock, hake, herring, horse mackerel, mackerel, huss, john dory, lemon sole, plaice, pollack, pouting, whiting & wrasse.
All items are fresh, happy in the fridge for 3 days and suitable for freezing (ideally freeze on day of delivery) See our delivery dates at the end of the description.
Included in your box:
2 or 4 x portions (300g) of filleted fish marinated with fresh organic (where possible) ingredients according to the weekly recipe. Shares will be fully assembled, packed in parchment and oven-ready, with clear cooking instructions. Check out the Chef-prepared page. for more info.
2 or 4 x 150g Asian burgers (trout, white fish - huss/pollack/whiting {depending on the weekly catch}, lemongrass, mild red chilli, coriander, lime, coconut & sea salt)
2 or 4 x 150g fish merguez sausages (trout, white fish - huss/pollack/whiting {depending of the weekly catch}, lamb casing, cumin, paprika, coriander, lemon, olive oil & sea salt)
1 or 2 x 450g stuffed saddle or tail of fresh catch of the week (bass, trout, pollack, etc), ready for Sunday roast. Stuffed with fresh herbs and tied with a butcher string.
Delivery dates February - May 2025 (next day delivery DPD)
Second Thursday of the month: 13th Feb / 13th March / 10th April / 15th May
Fourth Thursday of the month: 27th Feb / 27th March / 24th April / 29th May
