We recommend that you buy your monthly fish in one shop and freeze your seafood as soon as your delivery arrives. This ensures you lock in its freshness without losing quality, and gives you a longer lasting supply. All of our fish is caught,
vacuum packed and shipped within 2-3 days (supermarket fish is generally around 2 weeks old).

Unfortunately the shipping companies charge more than we’d like. But if you buy in bulk, together we can reduce the
