We recommend that you buy your monthly fish in one shop and freeze it as soon as your delivery arrives. This ensures you lock in its freshness without losing quality, and gives you a longer lasting supply. All of our fish is caught,
vacuum packed and shipped within 2-3 days (supermarket fish is generally around 2 weeks old). Order cut-off is Sunday and all orders are sent out for delivery on the following Thursday or Friday. If you would like to receive your order at a later date please email hello@soleshare.net

Unfortunately the shipping companies charge more than we’d like. But if you buy in bulk, together we can reduce the
