Our cold smoked trout is very similar to traditional smoked salmon. In consideration of the poor salmon farming practices across the UK, we've found this to be a delicious, sustainable and healthy alternative.
Cured and smoked to perfection using the traditional kiln method with oak wood by Severn and Wye smokery. Our packs come finely pre-sliced.
Ingredients – Rainbow (fish), Himalayan salt, demerara sugar, kiln smoke
