Filleted Fish Box

The ‘filleted’ share includes fish that has been cleaned & fully prepared for cooking. Fish that is unsuitable for filleting (e.g Dover sole, skate, huss etc) will be prepared on the bone and ready/easy to cook. This is a great choice for those of you who want a quicker more convenient option. It can go straight from the pack into the pan.

The species will change during different seasons, here is what to expect: cod(rarely), cuttlefish, dab, flounder, grey mullet, gurnard, haddock, hake, herring, horse mackerel, mackerel, huss, john dory, lemon sole, plaice, pollack, pouting, ray wing, trout, whiting & wrasse.

A limited selection of smoked fish (mackerel, kippers, haddock, trout) and unprepared shellfish (oysters or mussels) may be included in this share. If you would prefer not to receive shellfish or smoked fish, you can select ‘no-shellfish’ or 'no-smoked' fish when signing up. Check out our fish pages for a selection of recipes!

Your share will be vacuum packed, will keep happily in the fridge for 3 days and is suitable for freezing (excluding shellfish). 

Share sizes:  300g per pack.

2 packs filleted selection = 4 portions monthly box 

3 packs filleted selection = 6 portions monthly box 

4 packs filleted selection = 8 portions monthly box 

5 packs filleted selection = 10 portions monthly box
