This delicious cooked smoked trout is great served at room temperature in salads, sandwiches, packed lunches etc.

Cured and smoked to perfection using the traditional kiln method with oak wood by Severn and Wye smokery. 

Ingredients  Rainbow trout  (fish), himalayan salt, demerara sugar, kiln smoke
