Cold smoked Scottish Haddock by Pinney's of Orford. Smoked Haddock is great in Kedgeree, chowders, fish cakes, fish pie, baked or poached and served with a knob of butter and a poached egg.

Ingredients – haddock (fish), salt, oak wood
