Our in-house chef has created these incredible fish sausages, influenced by the classic traditional Moroccan lamb merguez. Great for the grill, pan-fried or BBQ.
Freshly prepared, happy in the fridge for 3 days and suitable for freezing (ideally freeze on day of delivery).
2 x 150g fish merguez sausages (trout, white fish - huss/pollack/whiting {depending of the weekly catch}, lamb casing, cumin, paprika, coriander, lemon, olive oil & sea salt)
