Catch Of The Week - Filleted Fish

This is a great choice for those of you who want a quicker more convenient option. It can go straight from the pack into the pan. 

In order to keep supporting our small scale fishers, we commit to buying whatever they catch which is the most sustainable and seasonal way to eat fish and seafood from our waters. This means that we cant tell you in advance exactly what the species will be, but can guarantee that it will be delicious! Typical examples include: cod(rarely), cuttlefish, dab, flounder, grey mullet, gurnard, haddock, hake, herring, horse mackerel, mackerel, monkfish, huss, john dory, lemon sole, plaice, pollack, pouting, ray wing, trout, whiting & wrasse.

This share comes filleted and deboned as much as possible, it also includes fish that is unsuitable for filleting (e.g Dover sole, skate, huss etc) will be prepared on the bone, skinned and ready/easy to cook. 

Your share will be vacuum packed, will keep happily in the fridge for 3 days and is suitable for freezing (excluding shellfish). See our delivery dates at the end of the description.

Share sizes:  300g per pack.

2 portions = 1 pack filleted 

4 portions = 2 packs filleted 

6 portions = 3 packs filleted  

Delivery dates February - May 2025 (next day delivery DPD)

Second Thursday of the month: 13th Feb / 13th March / 10th April / 15th May

Fourth Thursday of the month: 27th Feb / 27th March / 24th April / 29th May
